It is of no coincidence that the Mediatrix of All Graces has been at the forefront, these past weeks, of all Marian Franciscan minded folks

As we have just learned that one of its lead propogators of the academic science of Mariology and the dogma of the mediatrix of all graces, co-redemptrix has passed away – a theologian , Franciscan Friar of the Immaculata ,and consecrated defender and Knight of the Mother of our Savior has passed away

May eternal rest grant onto Father Peter Damian Fehlner O Lord , let perpetual help shine upon him and may his soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Salve Maria to Him

As part of the tribute to Fr. Peter who passed away on May 8th, 2018 we repost this conference in it full quality (which was only SD in 2007)

Father Peter Damian Fehlner -Conf #7  OnAirMaria.com

Fr. Peter gives the last presentation at the Behold Your Mother Marian Conference receiving a standing ovation. The title of his talk is Mariae Advocatae Causa: The Marian Issue in the Church Today. He discusses with his usual exuberance why the Marian titles of Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate are central to the Church today. Come listen as Fr. Peter connects these doctrines to a wide number of concerns for the Church.

The Marian Schema @ Vatican II – Conservative Bishops Loose The Battle Into Forced Compromises  – PDF on the link below —>

Maximalists lose ground to the Marian minimalists and it is no coincidence that the twohigh level prelates that championed Religious Liberty schema to include non- Christian religions and later became the biggest propagators of the Catholic Charismatic movement Cardinal Suenens and Archbishop Helda Camara sought to protestantize the Church and objected vehemently to the theology of the Mediatrix Of All Graces (and called for its suppression) when at the time enjoyed favor among the majority until it was denounced at the Council for ‘potentially’ damaging their movement

While their movement would go on to become the majority and de-Catholicize the larger Catholic Church – It is also directly interwoven with the denial of physical hell – So now we see in our day the recycling of all the bad fruits that high level prelates are convinced are not damaging the Church as others stand knee deep in their ruins

Miracles Of Our Lady

One of the nuns, Sister St. Anthony, placed a small replica of Our Lady of Prompt Succor in her window that faced the approaching fire, while Mother St. Michel prayed aloud, asking Our Lady for help. Immediately the wind changed direction of the flames.

From the first letter of the apostle John 4:11-21 God is love

Beloved, if God has loved us so, we must have the same love for one another. No one has ever seen God. Yet if we love one another God dwells in us, and his love is brought to perfection in us.
The way we know we remain in him and he in us is that he has given us of his Spirit.

We have seen for ourselves, and can testify, that the Father has sent the Son as savior of the world. When anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him and he in God.
We have come to know and to believe in the love God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God,  and God in him.

Our love is brought to perfection in this, that we should have confidence on the day of judgment; for our relation to this world is just like his love. Love has no room for fear; rather, perfect love casts out all fear. And since fear has to do with punishment, love is not yet perfect in one who is afraid. We, for our part, love because he first loved us.

If anyone says, “My love is fixed on God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. One who has no love for the brother he has seen cannot love the God he has not seen. The commandment we have from him is this: whoever loves God must also love his brother.

From the treatise On the Holy Spirit by Saint Basil the Great, bishop The work of the Holy Spirit

The titles given to the Holy Spirit must surely stir the soul of anyone who hears them, and make him realize that they speak of nothing less than the supreme Being. Is he not called the Spirit of God, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, the steadfast Spirit, the guiding Spirit? But his principal and most personal title is the Holy Spirit.

To the Spirit all creatures turn in their need for sanctification; all living things seek him according to their ability. His breath empowers each to achieve its own natural end.

The Spirit is the source of holiness, a spiritual light, and he offers his own light to every mind to help it in its search for truth. By nature the Spirit is beyond the reach of our mind, but we can know him by his goodness. The power of the Spirit fills the whole universe, but he gives himself only to those who are worthy, acting in each according to the measure of his faith.

Simple in himself, the Spirit is manifold in his mighty works. The whole of his being is present to each individual; the whole of his being is present everywhere. Though shared in by many, he remains unchanged; his self giving is no loss to himself. Like the sunshine, which permeates all the atmosphere, spreading over land and sea, and yet is enjoyed by each person as though it were for him alone, so the Spirit pours forth his grace in full measure, sufficient for all, and yet is present as though exclusively to everyone who can receive him. To all creatures that share in him he gives a delight limited only by their own nature, not by his ability to give.

The Spirit raises our hearts to heaven, guides the steps of the weak, and brings to perfection those who are making progress. He enlightens those who have been cleansed from every stain of sin and makes them spiritual by communion with himself.

As clear, transparent substances become very bright when sunlight falls on them and shine with a new radiance, so also souls in whom the Spirit dwells, and who are enlightened by the Spirit, become spiritual themselves and a source of grace for others.

From the Spirit comes foreknowledge of the future, understanding of the mysteries of faith, insight into the hidden meaning of Scripture, and other special gifts. Through the Spirit we become citizens of heaven, we enter into eternal happiness, and abide in God. Through the Spirit we acquire a likeness to God; indeed, we attain what is beyond our most sublime aspirations—we become God.
