That this God-man 2nd person of the Holy Trinity give you wisdom and revelation that you might inherit the glory of the “Catholic Saints” as there are no other Saints but Catholic Saints

The Transit Museum’s 16th Annual Holiday Train Show Nov 16th thru Feb 2nd at Grand Central Terminal as sponsored by Con Edison.
Nothing says holiday enchantment quite like the iconic image of model trains whirring by as they circle around the base of a magnificently lit tree. On November 16, the New York Transit Museum will continue to celebrate the beloved New York City tradition with the opening of its 16th Annual Holiday Train Show on view at the Museum’s Grand Central Gallery Annex & Store.
Dazzling both children and adults alike, the Transit Museum’s display will feature Lionel trains traveling along a 34’ long, two-level, “O” gauge model train layout. Departing from a miniature replica of Grand Central Terminal on their way to the North Pole, this year’s exhibition showcases the Transit Museum’s Lionel Metro-North, Polar Express, and vintage subway train sets. A selection from the Museum’s collection of trolley and elevated train models created by Dr. George T.F. Rahilly will also be on display to the delight of viewers.
This year’s festive model railroading exhibit will be set against a cityscape backdrop designed by Brooklyn-based artist Josh Cochran. Raised in Taiwan and California, Cochran specializes in bright, dense, and conceptual drawings. His work spans a variety of media, including large scale mural installations and children’s books.
“The installation I created for the Transit Museum’s Holiday Train Show at Grand Central depicts trains and subway cars wrapping around and through a bustling city,” says Cochran. “I wanted to show the amazing energy of New York and feature the various types of mass transit that people use every day.”
“We are thrilled that illustrator Josh Cochran designed a unique new work to celebrate this festive season says Transit Museum Senior Curator and Deputy Director of Collections & Exhibitions Amy Hausmann. “Our annual Holiday Train Show began in 2002 and we love that, in its 16th year, the holiday tradition continues to create a joyful atmosphere for customers and visitors with magical toy trains and a good dose of sparkle at our Grand Central Terminal Gallery.”
The 16th Annual Holiday Train Show is on view at the Transit Museum’s Grand Central Gallery Annex & Store November 16, 2017 through February 4, 2018. The New York Transit Museum Gallery Annex & Store at Grand Central is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and is closed on major holidays and for special events.
